• It is said, that a long time ago, there was a God and Goddess. The God Omega was a bestial being, while the Goddess Genesis had a human form. They were the creators of our Mother Earth. The formations of the planet, of the stars, of all the universe...all were created by the two without a single discord. However, it was when they decided to create life, where they had come to a disagreement. Omega wanted to make life the spitting image of himself, while Genesis wanted to model life imitating her very own self.

To try and quell the dispute, Genesis offered to only create half of the life forms on earth after her image, while Omega can create the rest of the half after his image. Hesitating, Omega agreed. Eventually, Mother Earth had immersed with life. Genesis was happy with their creations. However, Omega was still displeased, but hid it from Genesis. Through the years that passed, the disappointment grew into hatred, and that hatred grew into darkness.

After a millennial, Omega decided to release his darkness to the world. In rebellion against Genesis, he created a new set of bestial beings. Unfortunately, darkness had mutated his celestial powers so much, the once beautiful animals he was able to create were now ugly demons. However, they were much more powerful. Omega sent these demons unto the world, and together wreaked havoc trying to kill all the humans on the planet. In order for Genesis to prevent total destruction of her creations, she created new celestial beings called angels. The battle of angels & demons had begun.

The angels overpowered the demons, and eventually overwhelmed them in numbers. It seems like, for them, victory was near. God Omega wasn't too happy, so he himself engaged in battle. Angels were no match for a god, and one by one they'd fall. As a last resort, Genesis sacrificed most of her energy and distributed it among six remaining angels. These angels fought bravely against Omega, and eventually weakened him. With the remaining power Genesis had, she opened the gates of the underworld where she sealed Omega, along with his demons.

Because she had used all of her powers, she became weak and fatigued. As she laid on the ground, and the six angels surrounding her, she used her last reserve of energy to bestow them the rank of Gods to rule and maintain peace and order over Mother Earth.

With her final breathe, she faded away into the stars, and spoke, “Thank you, my angels. Though I may not be able to stay with you much longer, I will leave what remains of my powers with you. As long as you protect and nourish it, over the years it will grow. If the time comes, please, use it well...” Then the Goddess vanished, and what remained on her spot was a strange glass-like angel statue. The six angels who are now Gods, took her words to heart--they built a temple in the heavens, where the statue remained guarded for centuries.

Now the six Gods of the heavens righteously maintained peace and order over Mother Earth. The six Gods are: Goddess of Calamity, God of Serenity, God of Mischief, Goddess of Sorrow, God of Conflict and the Goddess of Harmony. Together they are known as Order and Chaos, and are one of the whole.

Every 1000 years, a God would retire, and angels who have reached the rank of semi-god are given the chance to compete for the glory of becoming a God. Only two rivaling angels remain, Karu and Bane. Who shall rejoice as victor? Not even fate will tell...

But the story of adventure and drama, of demons and angels, begin in this epic, Ethereal Saga.
