Deep from the Pit of Despair, in another dimension, atop the Tower of Babel, in Nagnark, he rises.
Gren the Arch-Vile.
He steers through Hell, Heaven, and Earth, Destroying everything within his path. Cities crumble, towns disappear, suburbs... Strangely are still there, but not for the good of Humanity.
