The Kirin shows it’s self to the one it has chosen as the new Sage of the Relm.
The Kirin grants the Sage it’s powers, for as long as the Sage obys the Kirins laws.
Law one – Defened the innosent.
Law two- Live as one with nature.
Law three- Never kill another Human no matter the reason.
If the sage should break one of these Laws the Kirins gift will be taken away along with there lives.
