Different wall tile, different lamps and a different plant. My suggestions would be: Red Accent Stone Wall Tile; Statue Light; and Potted Palm or Honourable Bonsai Tree.
Honestly, if you made those changes then I'd say it's worthy of the title 'Cloud Home.' Also I think that the left wall needs something on it... anything.
