Raiden is a cyborg ninja in MGR:R. Desperado version is a custom body you can change to during missions. His custom body is black and red. While he was riding down the road he saw Jetstream Sam along with a machine called Blade Wolf that used to do missions with Sam, but was altered to work for Raiden after Raiden defeated it in battle.
