Yea no lemon or honey available right now but my throats generally feeling pretty good today...no itchyness or soreness...I think that swig of apple cider vinegar helped lessen whatever was in my throat. I know sounds odd but i read thatit works and apparently it was correct eek

Well I took flonase and Zyrtec this morning...which has helped but my nose feels dry....my skin is dry...my throat is going hoarse every now and then not to mention my throat was feeling a bit itchy. But yea i think its clearing up some. I'll see how it goes using my neti pot tonight and then flonase and zyrtec again tommorow. Hopefully it'll be better every day
