Well for starts, I'm 22 years old, I live in the UK. I am female, but using a male avatar base.
I am still prone to making spelling and grammar mistakes, so please be patient with me.
I am now a university graduate. I will be spending the next year or so volunteering in school to try and gain some experience so I can do a PGCE. I am currently volunteering two days a week in a Primary School. However, due to my financial situation changing and the aquisition of a flat, I am now simply looking for a full-time job.
Yes, I like yaoi. No, that does not make me an idiot, and I feel insulted when people make that assumption. Yaoi fans can be OTT, but is that not true of any fandom. For example, Naruto. You can like Naruto and not be a Narutard. Same for me. So be polite. Also, don't assume yaoi is all I know. I like a lot of things and a lot of pairings.
I do enjoy anime, but I'm big into shows like CSI (only the Las Vegas version though, Miami is just too cheesy) and Supernatural as well. Also, comedy panel shows like 8 out of 10 cats are epic.
I love Disney and Pixar. Some beautiful works have come out of those studios. My favourites would probably be Wall-E and Atlantis. Yes, I was one of the few who liked that movie.
It should be noted, that while my avatars may occasionally look themed, I very rarely but any real effort into their design. I'd much rather my avatars be stupid and silly as it's hilarious to see perceptions of me change as people try to link my avatars up to my personality.
I really enjoy hanging around the the Word Games Forum in Gaia. You get to meet people, have a bit of fun, and tends to be less twits. Most people I have met in there tend to be totally charming.
I no longer accept just out of the blue friend requests. Unless I know you quite well, I'm likely to reject. Chatting to me for 5 minutes in slots does not count as getting to know me. Nothing personal, I just don't see the point on adding people I'm never going to talk to.
