My name is Ryugu Reina. Reina means 'queen' in Spanish and 'pure' in Japanese, Rena would rather be called Rena though...Please don't use my real name >w< I took out the 'i' to remove the 'icky' memories from my life.Now my name is Rena, which means 'reborn'.
You have to make your own fun here in Hinamizawa! Everyday, I play games with my best friends at school at the Games Club. It's always so much fun! Mii-chan and keiichi-kun are always determined to win, but Rena doesn't mind if I win or lose. To me, it's just about spending time with each other - my precious friends...Hauu~
Though, if we don't play, Rena loves going to my castle! The trash heap with lots and lots of treasures. Kenta-kun, the doll from the fried chicken restaurant that Keiichi-kun helped pull out, is my most favourite treasure of all, closely followed by the kawaii teddy bear Keiichi-kun won for me at the Watanagashi festival! Nothing will stop me from taking things home, not even Rika-chan or Satoko-chan~ I will take everything home, hauu hauu~!
"Rena is kind, sweet and a naïve girl" ,that’s what people tell me anyway *giggles*. Keiichi-kun teases me a lot, but I know he doesn't mean it... well then again, it is hard to tell if he’s being serious or not. Hauu~ Gomenasai!
I’ll always be loyal to my friends, I’ll trust them to the end... Even if they club me to death... (Onikakushi-hen) Hauu~ Just talk about your problems to Rena, I’ll listen no matter what. Rena will always do her best to help people in need of support. If there is anything needed to get done, I’ll get straight to the point. There are no excuses for trying not to rescue Satoko-chan from her mean uncle. Rena would definitely do anything for her beloved friends. They really are my whole world. Hauu~
Rena will know if you’re lying , and if there is enough evidence, I’ll deduce the situation. (Watanagashi-hen) Though, that is if the situation is dire enough. I won't listen to your lies, lies are insensitive and hurtful. You think you're lying to protect when really, when the person discovers, and they will discover - everything always has to come out in the end - that lie will break them into a thousand pieces, and it will take years to put them back together again. You should think before you lie to people, they will always find out. If you choose to lie to me, I'll shout a deafening "USODA" over the evil words you're saying, to drown out your lies, so that I don't have to listen to them.
My friends (Mii-chan, Keiichi-kun, Rika-chan, Satoko-chan and Hanyuu-chan) help me through the tough times and I want to help them too. I can’t show them how much I’m hurting, I want to keep their happy faces. Rena wouldn't want to upset others with my sadness. Though, Rena knows, that’s just me being anxious and insecure. Though, faking a smile is good at times, right?... (Tsumihoroboshi-hen)
Oyashiro-sama exists. She called for me back when I lived in Ibaraki, telling me to move back to Hinamizawa. After Rena’s “friends” tried to do, um... “things”, it was a sign from her to move back home. Hauu~ Rena knows it was wrong to smash the windows and fight back, but it really was... necessary. They were certainly not my friends. Oyashiro-sama is real. The curse is real. Rena believes and if anyone else thinks otherwise, I’ll prove you wrong.
These maggots... I'll scratch away these maggots that remain from my mother's touch. I'll cut myself to reveal them and cleanse myself of my guilt.
Oyashiro-sama was the reason why I came back to Hinamizawa, because Rena’s family was bad and moved away from her, that's when mother started to have an affair with that man. My parents divorced and my happy family was shattered. Mother tried making Rena live with her, but I knew better. She was pregnant with that man's child - my sibling. I’ll never forgive her for abandoning our family. Father also seems to be having trouble with his ‘girlfriend’, Rena knows he’s spending money for her. I’ll try my best to talk to her....perhaps. She must feel some guilt, maybe.....
Rena has a magic word that makes everything happy. Every time I feel sad in my castle (the van at the trash heap), I say it to make me feel better and keep myself in check. “Hauu...” If I need a weapon, I use my nata that I found in the trash heap. It’s quite useful to free kawaii items...Hauu~ Kawaii things!!....
E-ehh?~ You want to know why Rena has a nosebleed? Um... it’s just well, whenever I see stuff that is adorable, I go overboard and it just happens. Though, heehee, Keiichi’s fur seal would be nice to take home... Rena likes to talk in third-person, I wonder if you noticed, kana kana <3
