Something that is precious to you will eventually be taken, whenever its a teddy, something expensive, something that was a gift, innocence, even a someone can be taken. But moping around and crying about what you've lost isn't the way to deal. You will eventually find something else precious but you can't find that new precious thing if you don't look up and live life with a big huge smile on your face. This is so very true, and your always crafting yourself throughout the whole of your life, the carving tool? Your memories, of your friends, of the hardships, of your happiest moments, to the ones you felt loniest. Use that tool to shape you and should you ever lose those memories (which i regularily do >< i have a serious bad memory) use your new ones
If i were to tell you that one day you went into a creepy, haunted house, with all your friends, and it is your fault that in the end they all died and you survive, how would you feel?...
....If i told you that you can go back and save them all, but that meant you had to die in the end? Would you run? would you break down and cry? or would you stand like a soldier and accept your fate, showing that you are a true friend...
...and what of your friends, when you tell them, will they be relieved? or will they fight with you and try to save you all?
In those kinds of moments you see who you real friends are.
