A Ninja's Way is not for the Faint of Heart

I will enter what I want to, when I want to, and how I want to. I'll probably only write about my fictitious adventures as a fake ninja.

That is terrifying, but they actually may think you are serious about it. With angry people, you never know.

Why do I feel like you've thought about this before?

Well, I think a cracked skull is enough to press charges, that's bodily injury right there.
Phones and laptops are allowed. I've seen some posts from www.reddit.com that the redditor was allowed to use his or her laptop or cell to post and stuff.

Simple, because people have phones with Internet access, and if she's conscious and the doctors feel like she's okay, so can go online and post stuff.

SO you say, but would she be walking down the stairs with her head already cracked opened? (This is assuming she already had her skull cracked open.) She may have blogged about the attack before hand, so no one would assume she just fell down the stairs.

With a cracked open skull and your ninja skills, I think she could. No amount of ninja can stop her from filing the lawsuit unless she dies, and then other people would press charges, and a vicious cycle continues.
