Powers: Can control and manipulate fire, but cannot create it.
Weapons: Twin fire daggers, Vampire teeth, Sharp claws
Personality: Temptress, rather Headstrong and Stubborn, troublemaker, tends to be arrogant when around humans. She doesn't really desire power but often uses it to her advantage. Xar also has a rather violent nature, and can carry a grudge for a long time. I wouldn't call her heartless, for if she cares she does compassionately, but she keeps herself very guarded and doesn't let that many creatures get close to her.
