Perhaps. I used to think like that, but then I got crushed time and time again, haha.

right now I'm just dating a guy I really care about and I want to make him happy. And he makes me happy without really doing much at all, maybe I'm simple, maybe he's just amazing. <3
But it works for now and I'll ride it out wherever it goes.
But if it stops working, or gets stalled, I'll probably pack my bags and move on. No point on trying to stay on a broken train.

Of course.
My ex proposed to me, and I said no. He was devastated. There were many nights previously I had wished he'd have asked me, but when it came to it, I knew that I'm not ready.

Maybe she'll change her mind eventually, try talking to her about it.
