BasicsIm no stranger to Gaia, but i've been on and off numerous times. The simplest way to describe me is this; I'm quiet yet loud, boring yet entertaining, and logical yet passionate. You could say I'm the quiet kid at the lunch table (with all the connotations of that descriptor)
Likes
I love anime, cartoons, comics, fan art, fanfics, etc. It's all stuff I grew up on and have fond memories of (except for the 'fan' stuff; that came later). My favorite series would have to be Dragon Ball (original, Z, and GT), dotHack, anything from Marvel (especially Ghost Rider, Thor, and Spider-Man), My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic, and a ton of shows from Nickelodeon and Cartoon Network. I'm also something of a gamer guy, but I think im starting to get dated in my game tastes. I love stuff from the late 80's, the 90's, all the way to PS2 era. That's not to say i don't like the recent stuff (I have a Xbox 360 and would like a PS3), but my taste in games doesn't seem to be the same as newer gamers.
I don't read as much as i used to, but I love writing. Although I'm terrible at writing plots, I do a decent job setting up scenes and characters. It comes from playing too much D&D and Star Wars RP; character creation is second nature to me ^-^
Outside of entertainment, I enjoy things like history, psychology, and sociology. My faith in humanity isn't very high, but I love seeing how real-world events affect society and I can honestly say I'm a conspiracy theorist at heart. I also enjoy cooking and i kinda wish i had the talent for it (I've only ever worked fast-food and can only make easy stuff at my own home

Dislikes
Quite honestly, I don't really like how mainstream TV has turned out. Reality shows, modern dramas/thrillers, and movies all make me sad. Good writing has been replaced with cheap acting and bad plot, and it shows. I also don't have a huge interest in music. I like some music of course (metal, classical, jazz, old rock, even some new rock), but Im not the kind of person who could fill an iPod with 300 songs and listen to it while sedentary. I don't like people who are boastful or rude for no reason (which seems to be everyone i meet nowadays -_-). I can be pretty tolerant of things when i need to be, though; I'm not the kind of person that holds on to bad feelings. S**t happens and it will always be so. No use in being upset, since tomorrow's a new day.
