You really need to see the zOMG forum.
Q never made any sort of notice or anything like that, but he made a dramatic change to the ring system.
Rings from zOMG shall no longer be sold in the marketplace. Hence forth all drops are soul-bound.
The only rings that are currently selling are the ones acquired prior to Monday's update.
Once those rings are worn on any account, they automatically attune to that account and cannot be traded or sold.
Eventually, rings will not be purchasable at all, as the unbound ones shall eventually be soaked up by the masses.
