I've been working non-stop and playing Pokemon Go this past like week.
It's funny because I went to one of my community gyms yesterday and the girl at the desk surprised me
with an Irish accent. I live near the suburbs but not actually in the suburbs, so it was to my amazement
that gym prices there were near $1k a year for a membership.
After she threw that on me, we just talked about Ireland and she told me how I'd enjoy it and all.
It's so weird when you find different accents in America - not on tourists.
But people actually working in America! Always surprises me.
I think the food I can get use to. I'm aware that they have a large breakfast and a large dinner and that's how
I usually eat. Either a large breakfast and a large dinner, or no breakfast, a snack, and an exlarge dinner!!!
I think Japan will be very exciting and overwhelming.
I took Japanese for 2 years in high school and when it came time to take a trip there, I backed out gonk
I actually think I didn't have my passport, but I was still scared of an airplane for some reason.
I'm literally started every sentence with I I I I I I I I, getting me a bit upset.
Welp, got work soon! I'll try to answer more often, but my snapchat is: neiged Feel free to add me.
I'm nto that active unless I'm doing something worth the watch, so yeah! Hope your week goin' will wizzzzzy.
YEAH! LOL. I was probably one of the first people to have had snapchat when it first came out
a few years ago. But then they started adding all these features and it became too mainstream that
I just left. But I'm traveling a lot this summer and I guess snapchat is a way to show my friends and family
where I was last at, etc. So it's more so a safety feature for me... Kinda fun though, too.
I wish I stuck with it back then, since all my friends have like over 100k points and I have like 100 and I'm like
wtf. 1 snap = 1 point, you guys have sent over 100,000 snaps, wtf is this?!?!?!?!?!?
But, that sounds amazing. I really wanted to do Japan, also, but I do not think I'd be able to handle
Japanese food, like that, on a constant. Asian food I have every once and a while, but I do love Japanese
culture and all. Just would probably only visit for a week, instead of being there for an entire semester.
Is your friend in Limerick? I'll be there!!! How's the food!? Environment!? People!?
I WANNA KNOW HER EXPERIENCE !!!!!!!!!! I've been reading a lot of Ireland study abroad blogs on my
school's page and just in general. Like most of it sounds really good, but I don't wanna be homesick and all that.
I wanna be those cool down to earth people who can get use to a new environment, etc.
I swear I'm socially awkward. gonkgonk <-- I missed that emoji so much lol!!!!!
No!!! What was funny, was that I had SWITCHED my gaia from the lil nim email. So, I was signing up for snapchat today
and I use different emails for different things. I went on the email to confirm and I saw so many gaia emails, and I was
so confused and angry thinking that it was another gaia account I had made, but NO! To my amazement, it was this one!!!
I was so confused and don't even remembering AT ALL switching emails. I swear that I didn't, but to some miracle, it looks
like I did... I dunno aha. But, can't complain. I think we use to skype, but I switched skype accounts a while ago, and still barely use it.
All my online friends are busy and all grown up.
And, yup! I'll be a junior in the Fall, I'll also be studying abroad in the spring, in Ireland. Really excited!!!!!
nm!! i thought i was locked out of my gaia account because i forgot my email address
and it was asking me to check my email and i didnt remember my lil nim email LOL!!
i called AOL because it was my AIM email and told AOL the story of how i made the email
when i was like 10 years old and how i need access to it and they were just like sorry
we can't do that, after i told them ALL of the possible emails and subscriptions that
could've been on there. i was literally upset for weeks because even though i dont plan
on doing much here, this was pretty much where i grew up on the internet, and some old
friends, like you! still come on here aha. do i have you on fb??
im so glad im catching up to a few people. glad to see everyone all grown up and such,
some even married. goodness!!!!!!!
