HI! My name is Mary, and I am in highschool. That's all you need to know about specifics, you creeper! I like art and drawing, and writing makes me happy too. Hayao Miazaki's movies are my favorite, the best being Howl's Moving Castle, becasue Howl is my favorite. I like sailing and have my very own Lazer! It's very pretty and very fun!

Other forms of entertainment include but are not limited to knitting, and crocheting amigarumis for my friends and family! I'm getting pretty good! (not really...) I teach artwork at a school for little kids, and just doing artwork in general. Fairy houses are another one of my favorite things to do! What can I say, I'm five at heart. I really like music too, and I'm quite content with every sort of music, but not rap. I don't like rap very much.

If you can't tell already, I am an anime and manga fan, taking particular interest in Hayao Miyazaki's films, FMA, Ouran High School Host Club, Loveless, and others! I read manga, too, more often than I watch Anime, and my favorite manga is The Children of the Sea by Daisuke Igarashi. The artwork is amazing and the story is fantastic!

I LOVE art, and have been featured in art competitions acccross my state. The best I've gotten is second place, but that's ok! I'm still proud of myself! I have also done art exchanges, and some of my artwork is currently traveling the world, including places in Peru and Japan, I believe!

I'm also a really big musical geek. I've been in our high school production every year (We won best high school musical in the state this year! woot!) and I LOVE seeing shows in the theatre. I've seen Beauty and the Beast twice, The Sound of Music, The Twentyfifth Anual Putnam County Spelling Bee (The first show I've ever seen!) and I've acted in The Music Man, was on stage crew in Oaklahoma!, and preformed in Chitty Chitty Bang Bang and played the Bellboy in Titanic the musical! (NOT the movie! Don't insult me by thinking the musical is the same as the movie!) Dr. Ballard even came to out show! I've also seen Sweeney Todd on stage, and a performance of Peter Pan (My favorite!) I'm really a theatre geek. I really want to see The Phantom of the Opera and Peter Pan live, because I've only seen the stage show on film, never live.

So that pretty much sums me up...well, as much as I'm willing to tell random strangers, anyway. But if you're looking for someone to talk anime/manga with, or want to geek out about musicals, I'd be happy to talk!! hehe!
