There was ten day skip in the roleplay, but since they are not needed in the shoot I figured they could go out of town.

That way your post still works you would just have to change couple of things, like when they planed to get icecream I can haru say got busy so they set the plan back farther.

The just start off on the right day with the skip and say they decided to go get icecream seeing that they weren't needed at work that day.
So things don't get confusing with them two being on a different day frome every body else. ^^ Just an idea!
