Being able to choose to be grown up as you wish and still act silly with out others to look down at you. Opinionating is being able to come up with your own ideas and also follow the mundane way. Able to choose your path without other's to hold your hand. Arrogance is bliss. What can I say? Bashful is only the right way to go. Much rather get to know someone before opening yourself up. Such is a way to protection.

Yeah, I'm level ten, so basically maxed out. I'm working on the back wings quest just for something to do; it's a stupidly huge money sink. Spending half a trillion gold for components to make an item worth maybe five bil. Assuming I can ever find a rubyback lion or two for sale in the MP. I might have to figure out how to fish and catch one myself.

I really don't recommend it, honestly. Back when it was powered by ZOMG and everyone had huge stacks of ZOMG loot to synth with, it was a viable contributor to the economy. ZOMG was canceled, the current cache system was put in it's place, and now 99% of alchemy is opening caches looking for components. Or occasionally scouring the MP for stupidly old cheap worthless items that nobody gives a s**t about and are rotting in mule inventories or the bottom of the dumpster or just not even noticed enough to bother selling, so they're perpetually unlisted, until you finally post searching for one and someone thinks they're going to get a hundred bil for it just because you want it. It's literally the most boring hobby possible to have on this site.


The event item synth system IS a good useful system, by which you can take the shitty generic event items, which are always stupidly plentiful and super cheap and easy to obtain, and combine them together in large numbers to create the same item but in a popular or useful color scheme. But almost all event crafts are level one recepies so you don't even need alchemy leveled at all to do them. I would like to see some attempt made to revitalize the alchemy part of the site; honestly. Some alchemy components drop in Lake Kindred; but primarily useless as ******** items like seafoam and plankton. I don't even know a single worthwhile thing to do with plankton. Now if ******** sunstones or moonstones dropped, that would be something worth looking for. Or god help us all, ANY topaz cache component at ALL. Putting some useful alchemy things in LK would help, upping the drop rate would help....I wouldn't mind not getting a gold payout, if instead I got like 5 cakes of beeswax and 10 smooth whetstones off of a single kill. Collecting goodies for crafting would be easy and rapid enough to be worth the time, but the effort required to research what drops what in what area and what to make out of it would keep it from destabilizing the economy. I'd also like to see more acknowledgement made of the different levels; since it IS effort required to get up there. If there could be a whole series of event syntheseses for example, like you get your Easter item in say the pink and yellow grapefruit scheme, and you smash ten of them together with a level one formula to turn it into the Sherbert colors. Why not also offer a level two formula that turns those same ten generic event items into ANOTHER color scheme, like ohh hmm Seabreeze or whatever's popular. So on and so forth up the levels until the really fancy schemes like Cosmic are level ten formula and maybe require one of each of the other colors to make instead of ten default items. I mean, christ, that would take what, an extra hour's worth of work for an artist, and maybe a couple hours to come up with the original coding for the different levels+formula, but then that coding could be recycled from one event to the next.
