I haven't been on Gaia officially for years, but I guess you can say that I'm an old soul here. I was around when Gaia was first getting itself put together and I could remember that there were only a total of four stores to buy from and the rest you either had to find or trade with other Gaians. There was no marketplace and the monthly items were the only big thing.
Yep, I'm that old.
whee I don't get on that often and role play like I use to, but I'll appear every once in a while to play a game or two or check my announcements and such. I should probably sell my guilds- but I worked hard for them when I was around and now days anyone can easily make the 20,000g it takes to buy one.
xp My best friend is still Imperfectgirl17, but its a long distance relationship now that she's halfway across the world and not fighting me for her turn to check her gaia account. She hasn't been on here for years either and yet she still looks fabulous~
I'm old school when it comes to the clothes and I'm not about to pay money for a couple outfits. I rather just use gold. I have several rare items- which I'm not about to disclose to anyone.
What I do now is write Fan Fiction- Bulma/Vegeta mostly, but sometimes I work on my Naruto ones. I honestly think role-playing here almost everyday of my childhood really allowed me to learn how to write. And no, I never did any kind of text chat language- that'll get you no where fast. I would be a literate as possible. I'd get some stuff wrong, but it really helps you catch it if you keep working at it and re-reading your posts as you improve to see if you might have botched up an old post.
mrgreen I hope that whoever is reading my silly little profile will cherish the memories they make on Gaia. Sure, sometimes your best friend isn't sitting right next to you waiting for you to post so she can read it and respond, but there are wonderful memories I have of people I crossed paths with that I will always cherish. I hope you have fun. I hope you make good buddies. I hope that your imagination takes you on wild adventures. I hope that you learn how important it is to learn how to write properly.
