A bit about me:
Name is Arthur; just call me Art.
I'm 26 years old & live in southern California.
When in person I am initially shy before opening up, but
As some can see here on Gaia, I'm far from anti-social.
In person I just suck at starting conversation. lol
When I open up, I am a wacky person.
I am trusting, as in I welcome people into my life with open arms
And tolerable, as in I know when to be serious.
Here's a picture
Please chat with me sometime.
I desire interaction and friendship. xD
Agreed. I think we can all agree that there's some crazies on the news from time to time. wink There's no doubt that they'd even fall in my age range or even close to it. Peer Pressure and low Self-Esteem are two factors that can come into play in those instances and I'd even say mental instability.
I'm only 20. Well, I try my best and it looks like I succeeded! Haha, just playing around. However, I do think that I'm more "mature" than most twenty-year old's. Given how you hear all the odd stories of College Students, Druggies and Frat parties etc. I guess that's really just common sense talking though.
What do I think? Well, I read through the comments and the album bypass's any "Parental Controls" in place and can land itself on a kid/teenager's account. That isn't exactly great when it comes to Parents. But, back in my day, I remember when kids/teenagers didn't have expensive and fancy-looking smartphones with all the bells 'n whistles. Another comment was talking about how it could be a new way for Apple and/or other companies to turn it into a device with even more advertisements than it already had before.
I could also think of ways that it might be used maliciously if people outside of Apple were to find out how and use it on other stuff. It seems like Amazon has done something like it before, and took E-book's off of people's Amazon Kindles but Amazon also didn't have the authority to give them out beforehand. Which is understandable but I can also see how it'd still cause a panic. Apple could have just done the "smarter" thing and just told people about it through the iTune's store and give them the choice of wanting it or not.
And people (mostly gamer's,) thought the idea of the Kinect 2 was bad? How about Apple dipping their hands into your iOS device(s) without your permission! I just felt like sharing because we were talking about Android, Windows and Apple yesterday.
Yeah, that'd be interesting. However, I still do like my idea of EDI and Tricia Helfer as the voice. She's the closest thing to being an Robot/Android just like Tom from Toonami. They really just need to put something in and give you the option of different voices or even downloading and adding your own.
Well, Siri is actually also voiced by a real woman. I'm guessing Apple just made her sound robotic. If we're going to continue going with the whole (taking from Sci-Fi universes,) I wouldn't mind a female character from Mass Effect and an accompaniment of their same voice as well. The only people/Aliens that really spring to mind are either Miranda, Tali, Samara and Liara. Wait a minute, I actually think that EDI would actually be a better choice but the others aren't bad either.
For some reason, I don't receive a 'notification' from you at the top but it does show down at the bottom. Yeah, I just looked it up and it seems to be Jen Taylor but you're right, it's not exactly perfect. The only thing missing is an Augmented Reality Cortana (from Halo) to pop up out of the screen. Seems like all Phones/Digital Assistants ended up doing the same job to varying degree's. From what I've read, they also plan on bringing Cortana to Windows 9.
