A bit about me:
Name is Arthur; just call me Art. I'm 23 years old & live in southern California. I currently have a wonderful girlfriend whom is everything I need (though not everything I want), and nobody has ever truly understood me quite like she has. I believe this girl is the love of my life, and I can't ask for a better partner. At least not realistically. hehe
If you want to know more about me, ask or check that interest bar on the side.
[Haha, I spent the the first day of 2011,
which is really uncomfortable since I'm not really religious.
Christmas was fun because I finally got to see the new addition to my mother's side of the family.
I've never met a child more determined to destroy expensive stuff.
But other than that, I'm just glad the holidays are over.
Is that bad, haha?
We've been pretty lucky the entire time we've lived here. We've had a few close calls, but usually all the damage happened around us. Tornadoes are actually pretty rare around here, it's mostly thunderstorms with strong winds.
It's better than living on Guam I guess. Typhoons and earthquakes happen all the time there, but earthquakes I can handle. It's typhoons that I would probably have a hard time with. While we were living there, a typhoon occurred on my first birthday. Still had the birthday party though, even without power. >.<
Haha, my neighbors were outside playing with a remote controlled airplane when the storm was coming. I guess they didn't realized how bad it could get here, because I saw them rushing inside their house not too long after it started raining.
One of my friends lives in the next town over, he posted pictures after the storm. The old church building there was pretty much obliterated, and there was housing insulation all over the road and hanging off the power lines. The damage was even worse near the city. A lot of houses were damaged and electric poles were snapped in half.
Any love?

Tell me all the tales you know...
'Cause you tell me stories that never end...
D;
I'm hanging in there, in the midst of being prepared to "grow up".
Bleh.
