Hey, um my boyfriend found this poem somewhere it's sorta the story of the last 4 years, though techinally not counting a year cause I was with my ex, um aways I don't know who wrote it but it's beautiful and I adore it.
Where were you,
I did not see you
So close to me,
but yet so veiled.
Quietly you waited,
upon my invitations;
but still somehow,
I failed to note
of you, yearning
to be with me,
but finding
just
a void.
So sadly,
you retreated;
bowed, dejected.
Finally when I knew
