Suspicious persons or persons loitering in or around a blue "Police Public Call Box". Exterior resembles a phone booth. It has been known to accommodate nine people at once. This box has been witnessed flying, traversing the interstate, and doubleparked.
If you see this vehicle remain at a safe distance and contact authorities immediately. Do not attempt to detain or make contact with any persons seen near the box. Do not approach the box.
