Nah most people who have them blocked don't care I know this personally because I spent an hour one day sending over 60 requests to all the people in my quild via pms with a anouncment

No when you receive a announcement you get a notice on the my gaia page with a link to the announcement

Your wrong in two ways there ^^

1. I was saying they may have guild announcements disabled which means they won't get announcements no matter how many you send,
2. You can change the settings to make anyone in your guild send em ^.^
