My previous one was Take It All, lol.
It's not so much the age of the Doctor that I warm to but the feel of the way they play the character.
To imagine that all of these men from Hartnell to Capaldi have all tried to capture the soul and essence of a single man.
A single man that has lived for almost a thousand years and been through so much, seen even more... it's just a;ldkjfa;lsdjaslkdfjas;ldf.
I really enjoyed Pertwee too, and he isn't that young :3
I don't know, though. I do enjoy Capaldi, he has his moments. He is growing on me as he grows into the part, I guess he just didn't take it as gracefully as the others.
I feel like that's harsh but it's just the way I feel. As for Clara Oswin Oswald, I feel like they got confused on what to do. They had a really interesting start to the timeline thing.
They quickly played through that and were stuck. The whole Clara/Danny thing was eh. I felt like they just got tripped over themselves in their episodes and trying to keep an interesting episode while still trying to keep up with all of the timelines. I like Clara, probably about as much as I like Rose (which wasn't a whole lot). Amy was my favorite.
I can't wait! I feel a hollow void that only the Doctor can fix ;-;
Plus, the mid-series finale left me feeling a little void. It didn't live up to everything I've come to expect and love about the show.
Don't get me wrong, it was wonderful. I guess I'm a little harder on Capaldi than I have been on the others.
I didn't instantly fall in love with him like every other regeneration.
