Abilities

Gale Gale Powers- enable him to control all aspects of Air(Pressure, Flight, Wind, etc),

Knowledge of multiple martial arts (Shaolin Kung-Fu, Gale Burst(similar to the Gear system of Luffy)

Spiritual Abilities -Due to his high spirit energy level (possibly due to his D. bloodline) he is able to perform some supernatural feats including the exorcism and destruction of The Phoenix from Psylina's body, as well as fighting toe to toe with the symbiote. His amazing amount of energy has impressed even Son Goku

Particle Manipulation- Lin also has the ability to rearrange particles in the air to his liking, such as building up oxygen to breathe and block out the pheromones from Ivy's charm. This ability from the Devil's Fruit allows physical attacks to be utterly useless against him, letting such attack pass through him.

Lin has been currently training with Son Goku, boosting his amount of Spirit Power and giving him new techniques like the Kamehameha Wave.

As he was part of The World Gov't Black Ops Teams Lin has also mastered many techniques of Rokushiki. These techniques are but not limited to.

Geppou (月歩, Moon Step): A technique in which the user actually jumps off the air itself, allowing them to stay in the air for much longer than usual. CP9 members can use this technique to cross great distances without ever touching the ground, or set themselves up for swift, aerial attacks. No CP9 member has yet shown any variations of the technique, with the exception of Lucci's Kamisori and Fukurou's one legged Geppou (which in theory other Geppou users may have the capablility to do). It has once been used aggressively by Lucci, performing a suplex-styled move while Luffy clung onto his back. The impact left a rather large crater in the floor. While the technique itself affords several advantages in both in and out of battle for the user, it has but one major weakness: since its usage depends heavily on the user's legs, restraining or pinning down any major parts of their lower body can significantly disrupt Geppou

Rankyaku (嵐脚, Storm Leg): A projectile technique in which the user kicks out at very high speeds and strength, sending out a sharp "air blade" that can slice objects and greatly damage a human body.

Shigan (指銃, Finger Gun): A technique in which the user pushes their finger into a certain target at very high speed, leaving a wound similar to a bullet wound, making guns unnecessary.

Shigan "Ouren" (指銃　"黄蓮", Finger Gun: "Yellow Lotus") This attack is simply a rapid-fire version of the normal Shigan technique.

Soru (剃, Shave): A technique in which the user moves at very high speeds in order to avoid attacks, as well as to attack at higher speeds. It was revealed that the principle of this move was to kick off the ground at least 10 times in the blink of an eye.

Tekkai (鉄塊, Iron Mass): A technique in which the user hardens his or her muscles to be as hard as iron in order to nullify damage taken from attacks.

Tekkai "Utsugi" (鉄塊　"空木", Iron Mass: "Empty Tree"): This form of Tekkai is used entirely as a counter, where the purpose isn't to absorb damage from the attack, but to transfer the shock of the attack back to the attacker, which can lead to broken bones in a normal human body.

Rokushiki Ougi: Rokuougan (六式奥義　六王銃, Six Powers Ultimate Attack: Six King Gun): This is the ultimate Rokushiki technique that can damage an opponent internally, similar to the Impact Dial, or of equal or more strength to the Reject Dial, but the technique is considered much more powerful, and can be performed without the side effect of great pain to the user. It appears to be two fists held at close range that can damage the opponent with a blast powerful enough to cause even Luffy to cough up blood and come close to death


Weaknesses- Lin, like other Devil's Fruit User main weakness is water, he can not swim if under water, nor use his powers when drenched in water, or any substance containing water, such as blood.

He also has a strong weakness to helping women, regardless of alliance.

Bio- Shao D. Lin was born on Waka Isle in the South Blue. He had an adventurous childhood, showing adaptability and courage beyond his age. The World Government soon saw this as a opportune moment to recruit him, seeing his abnormally high IQ and fighting knowledge. Lin then went to the Navel Academy and excelled in Tactics, Espionage, Strategy, and Black Ops. He met Dr. Vegapunk who was working on an experiment deriving the abilities from one Devils Fruit and putting them into different normal fruits. He saw potential for Lin as a great officer for the navy so he gave him the Gale Gale Fruit, the original fruit from which Kuma derivied his powers. He learned to use his powers to full extent on his own creating his own style known as "Cyclone Fist". Lin's stay in the Navy and the World Gov't was short-lived when he found out that the Navy test fired their Buster Call on Waka Isle, obliterating the once 25 sq mile wide island into nothing. Lin got revenge on the Gov't by hacking into their account and stealing 100 million Berris and depositing it into a secret account hidden from any one and left the service.

After the incident, Lin swore he would never help the World Government achieve power and would help in anyway to topple the empire. This was his lucky time, for he had heard about Monkey D. Luffy's victory over the Black Ops unit the CP9, he asked to be apart of the crew and joined as Tactician and Strategist.

He also serves as a spy going out on recon for the crew. He had explored many lands as well as universes, learning different styles for various teachers

Lin's Ultimate goal is to bring peace to the world taken by the clutches of the World Government
