About Me

Hello and welcome to my profile, thank you for visiting!!!

GENERAL:
I'm 22 (surprise), and I've have been on Gaia for five years now. I come on the site for mainly roleplaying as it helps me organize my thoughts and helps my writing improve, especially when it comes to thinking on my feet for writing or for generating new ideas.

Although lately, I've been getting into ZOMG! also. If you run into me on there, feel free to say hi. Don't be offended if I forgot who you were, I have a lot of friends with masks on here.

TELEVISION:

I used to be a major fan of television, though in the past year or so, all I see is crap television on now. I've stopped watching it altogether except for pre 2000's shows and Doctor Who-(though that could be considered pre 2000 as well).

FAVORITE MUSIC

Mostly 1960's psychedelia and punk, jazz, jazz fusion, rock of all kinds (includes alternative rock), sunshine pop, progressive rock, motown, soul, classic hip hop, rap, and classic pop (not much past 2006), punk, classical music, baroque pop, folk, surf rock, electric jazz, oldies, rhythm and blues, funk, progressive metal, and garage rock.

Now imagine if I were to list the artists I liked. Yeah, you'd be bored by line three.

BOOKS:

I read far too much. Mostly I enjoy the classics and self help literature, but if you want to be great at writing, reading is incredibly vital as it influences you.

MOVIES:
My allotted character amount for this section would run out before I could list all of the movies I've watched and not gotten sick of.

SPORTS
I enjoy swimming, walking, running, hiking, fishing, rock-climbing, wrestling and inner tubing to name a few.

FAVORITE ANIMES:

Lupin the Third, Rurouni Kenshin, Afro Samurai, Trinity Blood (should've gone on, that was awesome), Black Blood Brothers, Neon Genesis Evangelion, Detective Conan/Case Closed/Magic Kaito, Fooly Cooly, Anything created by Hayao Miyazaki, Mobile Fighter G Gundam, Mobile Suit Gundam, Mobile Suit Gundam Wing, Fruits Basket, Black Butler, Cardcaptor's, Ah! My Goddess, Sekerei, and the first season of Pokemon only, and only the Japanese version of Yu-Gi-Oh (lots of people getting their souls taken away and violence) for Japanese Anime, Dragonball, Dragonball Z, Bo Bo Bo (Very srange anime but that's why it was good), Shaman King, Cowboy Bebop, as well as the first season of Sailor Moon only.

If you got a recommendation, throw it my way and I'll check it out when I have a moment.

By the way 4Kid's I feel, is the worst thing to happen to anime. Censorship is one thing, completely editing the show to make it 'Kid friendly' is a travesty to all those that do enjoy culturally significant shows.
