I have various likes and interests and they change every day. Take a look at the date at the top of this post; 1/08/2011. So as of 1/08/2011, my hobbies include reading Snarry fanfiction (Prof. Snape/Harry Potter), playing the free version of The Lord of the Rings Online (server: Brandywine), listening to audiobooks (currently The Book of Three by Lloyd Alexander, and Swords and Deviltry by Fritz Leiber), and sleeping the day away. I don't currently have a job, but I am more-or-less looking for one.
I don't like
random friend requests. By "random" I actually mean the kind of requests that are sent by people who have never even talked to me, or to whom I have never spoken.
But if you're taking the time to read this at all, you're probably not one of those. I actually can't imagine
anyone visiting my profile anyway, but especially random friend requesters, so I'm not really sure of the point of putting that up there. But if we share a mutual talkspace, have communicated with one another on friendly terms in the past, and are not currently on each other's friends list.. feel free to send a request. I am generally too shy to do so myself.
But more to the point, some things to know about me:
I am a
23-year-old girl, and I have
brown hair and
brown eyes. My birthday is
May 12.
I think I am beautiful, even though I'm technically overweight. One day I'll lose the weight and tone up and I'll be even more attractive to the world, but for now I'm fine with what I have.
I have just enough fashion sense to feel a little embarrassed for myself every time I walk out the door wearing the clothes that I do, but not enough to actually update my wardrobe.
If I was told I absolutely had to pick an established religion to follow, it would probably be Theravada Buddhism. In addition to the teachings of the Buddha, it emphasizes one's conclusions on spiritual matters must be sought out and determined on one's own, after observing everything for yourself. I can get along with that.
I like celebrating festivals and holidays, but I usually don't. That's the most appealing aspect of religions to me. I like any excuse to stuff my face, pretty much.
