This is me

Grace and peace, brothers and sisters.

My name is The New Wineskin; my real name, however, is Modest. My name is a reference to Jesus' parable regarding placing new wine in an old wineskin located in Matthew 9:14-17, Mark 2:21-22, and Luke 5:33-39. I am an ex-Sikh who enjoys debating theology and the contents of the Bible. Currently, I am an atheist. I used to identify as a non-denominational Christian for a long time. It was a confusing time of my life when I was reconciling losing my faith in a religion that had gotten me through so much in my life. I felt empty without my beliefs, and so I took on another religion without real thought behind it. I have sense grown as a person and realized that religion was not something I needed.
