GOOD LISTENING... Listening and hearing are two different things. When a person is truely listening they not only hear the words, but they feel the emotion behind these words. True communication occurs when someone truely listens and not just hears the words. Making eye contact with someone while they are talking is very important. It shows that you are interested in what they have to say. Being as this is online talking/listening; I promise to be very attentive to you and ask questions as well as try to help you as much as I possibly can due to the cold stagnet internet.
