Just takes a swift foot up someone's a**. When I took my promotion, I told them I'm not stopping there. I don't think they realize that yet. Everyone underestimates me and what I can do. But I like it like that. The looks on their faces when I prove what I said would happen is totally worth it.

I've forced my way into a couple of promotions at my job. I keep surprising people there. Just today I grabbed one of the senior team members and pretty much told him to show me how something worked. I gave them some time to show me things on their own and grew tired very quickly on their slow, nonchalant way of teaching. I don't like not knowing how to do the things I'm expected to do at my job. It's funny, I'm at the bottom of the pecking order, but I get them all working and running around, it's funny.
