Ice Scythe- Freezing the water in the air around him, te mando creates a super dense Ice Scythe. Jagged, sharp, and deadly, the Ice Scythe is the weapon of choice for te mando. Wielding in almost every battle, te mando strikes fear into the hearts of his opponents as he cuts through them with ease. Easily created and easily destroyed, te mando's Ice Scythe can only be made 4 times per battle as he cannot melt his ice.
Freeze Frag- "All this ice laying around and nothing to do with it!" Freeze Frags are composed of previously created masses of ice. Ranging in size from golf balls to football fields, the Freeze Frag technique is only limited by the amount of availible ice which te mando blows into thousands of shards. (Boosted by frost Bite and Absolute Zero)
Frost Bite- Increases the yeild and power of te mando's ice techniques. However each successive attack/defense te mando uses lowers his defense as it is almost entirely based on his everpresent ice sheild which protects his body from elemental and physical damage. te mando can only use this technique once a day because of the negative after effects.
Iceshard Armor- The perfect defense against physical attacks, the Iceshard Armor pierces the attacker and causes multiple puncture wounds as it grows into its unwitting target. This armor provides a 360 degree defensive barrier that is shedded when te mando moves. Although it leaves him open to most elemental attacks, te mando is still incredibly resistant to fire and light type elemental attacks.
Absolute Zero- te mando freezes all the availible water in the area to lower the offensive and defensive capabilites of his opponents, Since te mando is used to moving around easily on the slick, icy ground he is not affected by the negative atk/def/mov modifiers. This Ultimate technique expends all of the water in the area, leaving him defenseless, which would help his opponents if they live through the Freeze Frag.
