Hiya! ^_^

I'm (as you may have noticed) Timmy.

I'm also an Infantilist...

Now, you may wonder what this is. Please, take some time to read before flaming and calling me a *****. Also note that infantilism is not the same for everyone.

Basically, an infantilist, is someone who has the desire to be a kid again (mostly ages 1 - 5). This also includes certain items associated with babies and/or toddlers, for example, bottles, pacifiers, diapers, etc. Now you may ask yourself, "why, in gods name, would *anyone* want to be a toddler again?!". Well, most infantilists don't just choose to be like this. It's somehting deep inside, a feeling that is unexplainable. If you consider that bullshit, I would like to know how one describes a feeling called 'love'.
Some will see it as a simple escape, although recently I have gotten the idea that it's a bit of a transsexual kind of idea... but except me being a woman in man's body, I am a 3 year old in a 17 year old body. (read more about this a bit further in the text).

Which brings me to my next point: some (most?) infantilists just want to be loved, get cared for. This is very true in my case. I somehow just need a lot of attention.

I am by far not the only one. Not even here on Gaia. There are many other Infantilists, who are all different. Everyone could be one... your sister, brother, father, neighbour, friends, whoever. You just probably don't know it.

for some people, Infantilism also has a sexual factor, this is not true in my case. I want to keep the kid inside me pure.

Right, as I said before, I feel like a 3 year old trapped in a bigger body.. which may make you wonder how I can possibly function normally in society, or even type this... understandable, and allow me to explain.
Basically, the person that I show to the outside world is not who I really am. It's purely a role I need to play... or even a mask, if you will. On the inside I am still a little kid, and it probably won't change too soon. If you can't accept me for who I am, then that's too bad, but please go somewhere else. You can't convince me to grow up, simply because I can't. I can only pretend. You can go and flame me, insult me, try to make me a black sheep, or whatever, but you can't change me.

besides, who are you to judge someone on points you do not understand?

well, that's all I could think of for now. I'll expand it later, when I can think of more about the subject. For now, if you want to know more, check this thread, or send me a PM. I'll gladly answer your questions ^_^

I am still figuring out how it exactly works in my case, so expect some changes to the text every now and then as I get my mind sorted out
