I write video game reviews and unschool my son. I do have Asperger's Syndrome, and it means I don't always understand the people around me that well. It's part of why I prefer online communication. When I've got a little free time, I like to use the internet or work on my fiction and poetry. Yes, I've even managed to get paid to write; I hope to finish the novel I've been working on by Christmas.
When it comes to politics, I am what I am and no longer using any sort of labels except maybe independent.
Marriage, ah, marriage, it's a pretty amazing experience, at least in my world. I wouldn't risk my relationship with Scott for anything; that means I'm not here on Gaia looking for an internet relationship.
I don't mince words and have no patience with people who do. In the immortal words of Lewis Carroll, "Say what you mean and mean what you say!" It's a good rule to live by and one that's served me well over the years.
Logic is invaluable, and I greatly appreciate people who know how to use it. Each day I learn something new, and I suppose the day I've finally stopped learning will be the day I've died-let's hope death is a learning experience, too.
