Exactly right, darlin'. It's been a long two months. sweatdrop
It is indeed! It's pretty fun having my dad as a boss. Kinda cool to have somebody to ask question and not feel too weird about it, y'know? The people are interesting, for lack of a better term. lol Most everyone minds their own business and there haven't been any incidents. At least, not while I've been actually there working. Thank you, Kylie. It means a lot to hear the well-wishes. 4laughheart They said at my last visit that it's mostly healed, which is good, so hopefully by now I can lose the shoe for good!
Obviously! I did say quite a while ago that I'd be using a pickup line on you every day that we talked, right? Something along those lines? wink I don't really use much else, either, but if there's somewhere that you would prefer or that it would be easier to stay in contact, by all means, tell me. 3nodding
Looks like we've got a nice little symbiotic relationship thing going on then, huh? whee
Totally agreed. I've spent way too much time doing nothing and the days just start to draaag.
Thank you! 4laugh I'm working with my dad at a homeless shelter. He's the sort of like, director of operations or something. "Project Manager" is his official title or something. Anyway, I'm just doing janitorial stuff and whatever else he throws my way. Filling out forms and stuff. sweatdrop I usually work Wednesday through Sunday from like 6am to noon, but with the whole foot thing, I haven't really been going.
The fracture itself wasn't so bad. I didn't notice until (apparently, according to the doctor) like a week after, cause it didn't hurt or swell until then, but I've been in this really uncomfy little shoe thing to immobilize my foot for about two months. gonk I'm going back to see if I can get it off soon, though, so that's good.
You shush. Your smile is a thousand times cuter than mine, you goof. redfaceheart It's okay, Kylie. You can ask for whatever other forms of communication you want, though, and I'll be sure to give it to you. I'm just glad we can talk again. heart
