sorry for taking so long to respond, i never noticed the notification for your comment redface
but i believe fausto's bottle was the first evolving item ever to be released, so it was sold from la victoire back in '07
it's surprisingly cheap on the mp now, 50k or less.
there's some recolors of it with extra items that are much more expensive though, faustine's bottle (pink) and the more rare faust's bottle (black).
