About

It's that time of the year again! "About me" editing section time.

First the general stuff. I'm Sketch, and this year I will be a college freshman attending Eastern Michigan University with an intended major of physics. Physics and Astronomy are only two of my many passions, my first being drawing. I am an artist by day and a writer by night. I absolutely love conceiving and writing or drawing my own little tales, or working on elaborate stories with others. Amongst my drawing, writing and mathematics, my hobbies include music (I like to sing and play the clarinet, though not at the same time >_>), acting, reading, and role playing in the barton town forums. Actually, if you have an rp and you are looking for members, go ahead and invite me. I'll check it out, and chances are, I'll join. I also accept avi art requests from time to time, but you have to catch me when I'm not busy.

Oh, do I ever know about the bed bugs. Relentless and evil little things. Almost worse than spiders. DX

I wouldn't say it was all Roman history, because of all of the different separate countries within Rome. But, it definitely was focused on the Spartans and the Persian empire. There were other countries in the Roman empire that came to help Sparta, but it was only a small number. But, I think the total number of people on the side against the Persian army numbered in the thousands. But, there were only 300 Spartans. Well over 1,000 warriors collectively.

Yeah, but it's going to get there in no time. I just hope that we get easy topics. For my junior year research report, I did it over the events in the movie 300. The battle at the gates of Thermopylae is actually a really interesting topic. XD
