The lights are far too bright.

"I almost feel like this's going t'be a habit." the skeleton slurs, clattering noisily as it stretched. It walked over to a small pile of gold on the floor, nudging it with its foot.

"Not th'best, but it'll do for now. My poor wallet is taking quite th'hit."

Looking up from its funds, the skeleton seems to pause.

"Wait. Why am I awake now? It ain't a big holiday, is it? Ah, well, guess I'll scour th'forums, see what I find. OK, bye now. Goodbye-"

The skeleton cuts itself off mid-word with what would be a frown. "Oh. That's why I'm awake? Well, I s'pose it's worth celebratin'."
