I appreciate that, but it's a fairly bad idea. Back roads generally are ignored until the last minute, no matter where you go.

Yeah, here the snow stays a lovely shade of white until two or so days later when the plows decide to come around... Stupid backroads that are so back they are treated as non-existant!
