Alright, I suppose I should finally say a few things a bout myself. My name is Robert James Pottage, but I guess no part of that name's really mine. Pottage is the family last name (obviously), James is my dad's first name, and Robert was the first name of his best friend from highschool.

I'm 20 years old, work at a grocery store (saving up for university, though I suck at saving money), and I'm a little unusual. I surround myself in music, t.v., games, books, anything really. By best friends are children, I guess because I get along with them so well. I have adult friends too (of course), but only a few of them really get me.

I'm obsessed with music. I listen to it all the time and I used to play the Guitar, Bass Guitar, Sax, Clarinet, and the drums (my favourite). I can still play most of those (especially the drums), but it's been a few years. My dad was transferred to the States a few years ago so we put most of our stuff in storage, unfortunatly that included all of my musical instruments.


Over the years I have gone through various roleplay characters, but you may remember my biggest one, Trent Blackspider.
Trent was a name I chose because of where I lived most of my life, Trenton Ontario. It represented the city, the Trent river where I spent much time sailing (nothing fancy, just small 16 foot 2-3 man sailboats), and it represented my life in Trenton which I guess I still hold onto. Blackspider was a culmination of two things, Black and Spider. Black was always one of my favourite colors, and a misunderstood one. It represent who I was in many ways. An outcast, different, but essentially good. Darkness has never really hurt anyone. Light will burn your eyes, but darkness is just there to comfort you. Spider was based on my fears. I have always been deathly afraid of bugs and spiders, any small creatures. Spiders were the most common, and living in Trenton I have seen a lot of Daddy Long Legs (They have the most concentrated poison of any spider but their fangs are too small to puncture human skin and they don't have enough poison in them to actually kill you).

In many ways Trent Blackspider was part of me, he represented a lot about me, and he grew with me, or I grew with him. As I developed him, I developed myself. I went from someone to scared to go near spiders, to someone still afraid of them but willing to go close to them. (I have killed them with my bare flesh now, a big step forward). As he grew bolder, so did I. A fact I'm quite proud of. I have even done actual filming (Nothing major, but my friend Alex loved making movies so I was always willing to be in them. They were hard work, but a lot of fun, and worth it). Just a short while ago in fact, I pranced like a fairy at work just to prove to a co-worker that I could and would.

There's a lot to me, and I could keep going, but I suppose I'll stop here. I'm always willing to talk though, or just listen so if you need anything just message me. It doesn't matter if I know you or not, if you need a shoulder to lean on, I'm always here.

Thanks smile Yup, my birthday was the 26th, although the damned government disagree with me on that issue for some reason. I have to fax them my Drivers License and Birth Certificate so they can fix my credit report. I still don't have a credit card because of it. Luckily I finally phone them to see what was going on.
