This About Me has been heavily revised as of 4/29/16.
I've been on Gaia since mid-2006 and I mainly get on here to dress up avis, lurk and maybe post in forums, look at the Avatar Arena winners, and Gaia Spirit Week.
I am a traditional artist focusing on acrylics and oil paints and subject matters involving organic life and mythology. I enjoy drawing and doodling on paper for ideas while stuff loads on the internet. My work has been described as "whimsical" and "ethereal" by two of my instructors (well one I didn't have as an instructor but he is an instructor). I also do some graphic design.
Other subjects of interest include science (mainly astronomy) and history.
I am also a gamer mainly interested in the RPG, puzzle, and sandbox category. Titles/games of interest, but not in any particular order:
1. Legend of Zelda
4. Tales of Symphonia
5. Tales of Vesperia
6. Terraria (most active)
7. Stardew Valley
9. Professor Layton
10. Runescape (hiatus)
11. Fiesta Online (hiatus)
12. zOMG! (gone T-T)
13. Ace Attorney
14. Dragon Blaze (semi-active)
15. Super Smash Bros. (Melee/Project M/Sm4sh)
I also enjoy reading fanfictions of most of the above games listed - mainly in the Zelda and Ace Attorney category as of late.
Shows I like to watch though I don't watch TV much anymore because Youtube: Steven Universe, Pokemon, Dual Survival...eh not much because above.
Past favorites include: Danny Phantom, Fairly Odd Parents, Courage the Cowardly Dog, Powerpuff Girls (they got a reboot), Ed Edd 'n Eddy, Rocket Power, Jackie Chan Adventures, bunch of other fave cartoons, Cake Boss, Mythbuster, history channel, science channel.
Stuff I like to watch or listen to on Youtube include DIYs, science (esp. astronomy), history, technology, music, Terraria, Minecraft.
Music I like are mainly in the rock (50s-80s), classic, traditional, jazz, and pop, category.
Book-wise I'm not much of a book reader, but I do like to read a lot of nonfiction works involving various people of interest throughout history, some art books, and science-related subjects.
