- Bisexual. He does not prefer one of the genders over the other, but he does appreciate special aspects of each gender. Shizinu has always had a very powerful sex drive.
» Race;
- Shizinu was turned to a vampire at age 23, but also holds some features most vampires do not acquire. This leads some to believe he had more than just human heritage before he was turned.
» Weapon;
- Shizinu wields an enormous bladed sword called a Zanbato. The sword was created by humans and used in wars to kill horse and rider in one fluid swing. Though most humans could not lift the heavy blade and was used by a very select few. Shizinu can easily lift the sword and takes joy in its long range attack ability and deems it more tolerable than normal thin bladed swords. Asides from that, Shizinu also tends to enjoy a man's most dangerous weapon, himself. His fangs and claws are also a weapon, but are mostly used for as a last resort, or his claws are at times included with the hand to hand combat.
» Occupation;
- Shizinu is merely a travel if anything at all. He likes to stick to himself and his own affairs, never the one to care of others.
» Likes;
- Blood; Warm, thick liquid that pumps through ones veins. His body shudders at the mere thought, his mind reels at the smell and his senses sore at the taste. He enjoys mostly aged blood, but is not one to complain when any type is 'offered' to him. He enjoys the feeling of it on his skin and is not one to squirm at a gory sight. Shizinu looks at blood more as a delicacy than something he needs to survive.
Rain; The sky weeps to wash away the worlds sorrow. The rain is a way for Shizinu to escape from the worlds cruelty and absorb himself within himself. He is often down merely sitting in the middle of a down pour, staring up at the weeping sky. His face often contorts into an alien expression from the usual; serenity. The rain briefly washes away whatever is plaguing his mind, but never pushes it away completely.
Fear; One's panic in a bleak situation. Shizinu finds great amusement in watching one squirm and seeing the fear shinning in their eyes. Whether he causes the fear or not, it still brings him to chuckle at the 'weak' emotion. He likes to tease when one is struck with fear, which only increases the fear for the most part, and toy with the victim. Shizinu never feels pity for these souls for he had never felt the emotion himself and does not understand. Not only that, he doesn't care much either.
Snow; The frozen tears of the sky. Shizinu loves the snow, plain and simple. He likes the chill he gets from the flakes and the way it covers the earth and its deformities. He finds the earth to be an ugly place and finds satisfaction in the way snow cleanses the ground.
Birds; Flying freely in the sky, innocent compared to the corrupt earth. Strangely, Shizinu has always been enticed by birds of any sort. He likes to watch them fly and listen to them sing sweetly to themselves. He rarely sees any of the world's creatures as beautiful, but he does say different for the feathery creatures.
» Dislikes;
- Sweets; The sugar coated indulgences of humans. To be put bluntly, he hates anything sweet and sugary. Sweets taste the exact opposite from what they describe in their name and often leave Shizinu to gag. He enjoys spicy and sour foods over the sugar coated delicacies. He only sees one thing as sweet, and that is blood.
Warmth; Pleasurable heat that warms the body. Shizinu is a naturally cold person and often feels uncomfortable in warmer places. The overbearing heat in the summer leaves him to stay mostly dormant until the air chills and the earth hibernates.
Smoke; The rising remains in the wake of destruction. All forms of smoke irritate him to no end, whether it be fire smoke, to the smoke coming from a cigarette. He likes to breathe clean air and becomes irritable when his nose is clogged with the dirty substance.
Children; The quintessence of the human race. He doesn't necessarily dislike children, but he doesn't like them either. Most children often whine or cling and he enjoys neither, but he would never harm a child, it goes against his morals.
» Appearance;
- Shizinu is a strong, tall, handsome man who appears only to be in his late-twenties. He carries himself with a powerful sense of pride, always with his back straight, shoulders back and his head held high, a not to common form unless one goes through the proper training. Shizinu has always carried himself that way and has an air of sophistication about his dark being.
Bodily, Shizinu is a rather normally sculpted man, with muscles not to overly bulked, but still well defined underneath his pale, smooth skin. His body is slim comparing to his body ratio. With strong arms, delicately long digits sporting claws, a flat and toned torso, a narrow waist and long sculpted runner’s legs, Shizinu is built as if he were chiseled to perfection from stone. From beneath clothing his body appears slightly feminine, but with no clothing to cover, his muscled body shows otherwise. His face is always clear of facial hair and his features are as defined as the rest of him. He has high cheekbones, a defined nose and a strong jaw to sport a set of perfect velvety lips. Elongated canines hide beneath these lips and are expandable depending on his hunger and are easily hidden so that they appear slightly lengthier than normal. Elegantly shaped black brows usually rise in a coy expression over a pair of stormy blue eyes, slightly clouded with a gray hue. His eyes are fairly alluring and when a craving of blood overpowers him, they turn to an almost rusty red, almost portraying the reflection of a serpents eyes. Added features to his body would be a simple ring piercing his lip and a rather large tattoo of, what appears to be wings, on his back.
His style of hair and attire wore are usually coordinated with the current time, so as not to stick out more than he already does. His glossy raven colored hair tends to be cut choppily and rests messily, yet neatly, on his head. The black strands reach a couple inches past his ears, and his bangs are rather long, being pushed to the side and covering his left eye, partly obscuring his vision. He always keeps his hair neat and tidy, never the one to be dirty or unkempt. He was breed to do so for the most part. Clothing wise, Shizinu tends to shy towards long sleeved button up shirts and pants in mostly blacks, or if he feels, formal. Shizinu wears little accessories, only two things actually, one being the piercing on his lip and the other being a simple necklace that wraps multiple times around his slender neck.
Appendages that are not always seen, but are still their, are a pair of charcoal colored wings, feathers covering them. His wings are massive, terrible and majestic, and so big they almost dwarf his lean, almost feminine body. A lot of people compare them to wings of an angel, other say they look more bird like.
» Personality;
- Shizinu is more of a loner on his part, shying away from large gatherings or crowds. He tends to only care for himself and possible a few select that may push into his life. The affairs and wellbeing of others never brought him any concern and for that most look at the man as cold. That's all they can really know to call him since he is a book of mysterious, never opening up and telling his life story to just any wandering stranger that crosses his path. Being a loner, Shizinu is fairly quiet, not shy but rather calm and collecting. He likes to observe and take in anything about him. For a very long time, Shizinu has been masquerading along the humans, not pretending to be like them, but enough to remain inconspicuous. To him a human is weak, but one finding out of his 'race' can turn into a bothersome annoyance he would rather not have to deal with.
Ever since he was born, Shizinu was bred in sophistication and manners. Despite the fact of his dark turning, he still did not loose those teachings and held them to him, making him civilized rather than a barbarian. His well bred ways make him gifted in the ways of seduction and allure. He tends to use this snake like charms to bring himself a meal to quench his hunger for blood.
Along with this charm, he gained a sense of calmness. Drastic situation never tend to through him in frenzy and he normally approaches a problem with a cool and collect mind. He has never lashed out in a frenzy of anger nor acted like he were a wild beast starving for food. The panic and other emotions humans display are of no concern to him. He never acted on the humanly emotions, but they can cloud his mind if he becomes consumed with stress.
» History;
- Shizinu was indeed a human, as some believe, at one point and his heart did beat with life. He was born in Rome, the year left unknown, and was a solider in the Roman military. He was a strong man as a human and fought in many battles for Rome. In the eve of a battle, Shizinu was left to search the area then report back. Although during his search he was ambushed by a rouge vampire and was turned that night. When he never returned to his camp they presumed him dead, when in reality he had risen again as a vampire himself. From there he left his post in the Roman military and went to travel the land across Europe and other continents across the planet.
As of late his form as a human was beginning to be questioned, and new ideas raised. While he was still bitten, he has some qualities, or 'additions' to him, that are normally not of a vampires. Many myths on whether he was already a demon, or possibly an angel of sorts began to filter through the minds of people he made contact with. No one knows for sure for Shizinu has never talked of anything in his past to anyone.
