I became a mod by applying for it. I applied right after the announcement for the application came out. I refer you to the

Haha, no. The fastest way to get me to
not donate to you is to ask me for it. Try the
Charity forum.
4. But I was hacked! What do I do?
Fill out a
hacking report and sit tight. I don't work on hacking reports, myself, but the mods who do will get to you eventually.
5. Why was I warned/banned? Why is my signature gone?
Please ask me questions about actions taken against your account over PM. I'm not at liberty to discuss your case in public.
6. Random Gaia-related question?
Try the
Q&A forum first. You'll probably get an answer within a few minutes (remember not to bump unless your thread's gone off the first page without being answered), and if the question concerns profiles, you're guaranteed to get a more accurate answer from the Q&A forum than from me.
