I put a pan of hot water when I let dough rise...and it works sooo well. How do you make bread like...lighter> you know what Imean? Merry Christmas my love.

so like if I was going to make dinner rolls, I would make the dough into rolls then let them rise and bake them? That actuall makes sense to me....bread dough make so many different things.

I will try that with the oven and water....I think the yeast failed......but I am not going to give up. do you let it rise once and then let it rise a second time?

you know I remember that lol. no its gone by the wayside here. I live in bubba land here and things just don't last long......I actually sold them to a guy in a bigger town.
so you are abaker.....would you be so kind as to tell me how to get bread dough to rise properly? I made some bread dough and made cinnamin rolls and the dough didn't rise....I have such a problem....how do you do it?
I would be so thrilled if you would help....
