Yes, I'm Christian.
No, it doesn't mean I'm called to hate; it does mean I'm called to love and serve.
Yes, it does mean God takes precedence in my life before anything else, and I know it's going to be worth it.

I mean, He made us good, but we turned away from Him, and that rebellion brought about death as part of its consequences. Plus, acting on our own, our righteousness is nothing but filthy rags to Him... but He loved us so much that He gave His only Son - Christ Jesus - to die on the cross for our sins, that we might be reconciled to Him.

I hate sin, just as He does. But people are far, far more than their sins.
