Wow! I just noticed on my My Gaia page that you'd posted something. You haven't been on in forever and a day as far as I recall. As to your thread topic, indeed you should try to rebuild with healthy foods and not junk as long as you've already got plenty of will power to avoid unhealthy stuff, but the occasional treat wouldn't be a real problem as a little reward I'd think. smile Now as for what counts as healthy aside from not being full of sugar or salmonella, that's a trickier question. ^^; I haven't had time to really check this out much for myself aside from one interesting article linked to one day, but maybe you'd be interested as long as you're specifically looking to eat healthily right now in checking this stuff out and seeing if you find anything interesting in it: start from the bottom Anyway, hope you have fun eating again.
