Well, It seems that from the words of a friend I am finally of the right experience to start commissioning people to color their pictures digitally.

Cost

If anyone is interested, then these are the current prices I charge for the following (Gaia Gold - gg);

Head Shot = from 400 gg to 1,000 gg (depending on detail)
Full Body = from 700 gg to 1,000 gg (depending on detail)
Group Picture = From 1,200 gg to 2000 gg (depending on detail and number of characters)

-- Price difference of £'s and $'s are basic i.e $10 = £5, $50 = £25 , etc --
