Charlotte and Charlies met in grade school, and married the day she turned 18. They work together to create magic/tech hybrid devices for a variety of uses. They're attempting to get her pregnant but are having difficulty. Charlotte fears she may be barren.
An even headed individual, rarely panics. Incredibly intuned to her surounddings. A habit learned from years of having to navigate without sight.
Spends most of her time in her lab, working on potions and experimenting with magic.
Born Blind, she inherited her grandmother's skill with magic. Saddly dispite her skill with enchantments and potions, she's yet to come up with a real cure for her blindness. Still, she's come up with a plethora of magical tools to help her navigate the world. Her eyes almost always glow violet, a indicator that she has cast detect magic, and can see any magic in the area.
A time senshi like her Mother, she can do minor manipulations of time. She's not built up to time travel yet, but can slow it down or speed it small bits at a time.
Time Freeze: Stops or slows time for up to 2 minutes. Those she designate can move freely, but each person added cuts down the time proportionality. (2 people = 1 minute, 3 people = 45 secs. 4 people = 30 secs, 5 people = 24secs ect)
Time Skip: Time speeds up to 10 times normal speed. Rarely used, but can help in survival situations.
Real Name: Sir Charles Jones Betrothed of Sailor Charoite and her Guardian, the Charoite Knight is technilogical wizard. Between his Tech Skills and Charlotte Magic, they specialize in mixing Tech and Magic into incredible devices.
Charlotte does most of her work in the Dungeon while Charles has offices upstairs where he does his work. When its time collaborate, it's done in the safety of the Dungeon. (Magic can be volatile, and there are safeguards in the Dungeon that don't extend tot he rest of the castle.)
Eugine: A Magically powered AI/UI tied into the castles computer systems. While it's power is centered in the Dungeon, Charlotte can command him to follow her anywhere in the castle.
Tied into Charles computer system, Eugine acts as a UI for Charlotte, recording data for her, running simulations, even monitoring important experiments and systems both magical and technological.
Charlotte has imbued into Eugine a plethora of sensory spells. He can see magical Auras, has thermal imaging, detect radiation, monitor the air for contaminants and of course see normally.
She's constantly looking for ways to improve Engines usefulness. He's tied into the Castles comm system, so she can command him to page someone. If there is an intruder, he can lock the room down, sound the castle alarm, and She's also imbued him with a "hold person" spell, to deal with intruders in her lab. She's contemplated sleeping gas, but is unsure if she wants to risk her experiments that way.
Alarm Systems: Charles and Charlotte designed the castle alarm and comm systems to withstand magical and physical assaults. Those attempting to physically assault the comm system, must first deal with magical wards, and once disabled physically, the system still functions magically unless the magic is disabled or suppressed.
There are two ways to access the system. One is the mechanical comm units and portalable comm devices. Anyone may walk up and opperate them if they know how.
Those given permission can also access the system via Keyword. Speaking "Computer, Call ______" will ring up the person in question anywhere in the castle, or on their comm unit if outside of the castle.
If Magic has been disabled, users must use the physical system. If the physical system is disabled, both methods work.

Flare: Dazzles one creature (-1 on attack rolls). Light: Object shines like a torch. Ghost Sound: Figment sounds. Mage Hand: 5-pound telekinesis. Mending: Makes minor repairs on an object. Message: Whispered conversation at distance. Open/Close: Opens or closes small or light things. Univ Arcane Mark: Inscribes a personal rune (visible or invisible). Prestidigitation: Performs minor tricks.
