Background: Born in the depths of the Underdark, he began as a member of a small mercenary band who ventured from the Underdark to seek fortune for the Drow of the Underdark. The jobs they took on were inherently evil and this seemed to bother Kiddan.
Finally, in an instance where the band of mercenaries were hired to kill an innocent family, Kiddan finally snapped. He vowed to do good and thus attempted to kill his own mercenaries. The gods in their ways saw humor in this and saw fit to give Kiddan a strange power with which to control fire. This, however, came at a price. He could not initially control this power and when it surfaced, he not only killed the mercenaries but the family he wanted to protect.
Since then, after learned to control this ability, he has attempted to do good within the realm where he can, but the memory of the family he attempted to save seems to haunt him always, so he decided to attempt to find the wizard that hired his mercenary band and make him see his own sense of justice.
Instead, the cruel wizard casted a spell which sent him to a new land. He awoke to find himself surrounded by strange green bunnies and what appeared to be walking plungers. Since then, he has come to Barton and has attempted to assist the Regulars with the defense of the town against what the locals call the 'Animated'.
