but yeah i agree
i have a bigger than average build
quite big shoulders and that
i'm proportional
but if someone else my height had my weight but an average build
they'd look really fat
mostly i'm going by eye
but i use bmi as a rough guide to tell me how i'm doing
even that sounds like too much
if i started doing light exercise my appetite would increase
i'm just crippled by the fear of getting really overweight again
i'm pretty much at the top end of my BMI so i'm being careful
you seem to have a really good plan down
because i deprived myself of food for so long
my appetite has really decreased
i can just about manage a bowl of cereal every day
so i never have the energy to exercise
i'm still losing weight
but that's because my daily calorie intake is down to about 300 a day
it's ridiculous
my appetite's completely died
