KH2 Rise Against: Savior AMV

Flyleaf: Cassie: Bleach, Uuryu Ishida Tribute AMV

Hello and welcome to the store of rallyhoo! ^_^ If you want to try, then you can send me a message with an offer, but remember that it can't be too low; also, remember to NEVER beg me. Some added facts are that you should be polite if you P.M. me, plus it should have a reasonable price that you're offering, and if the item is already sold then there isn't much I can do except apologize.

Have a nice day! /:B

That is sort of how things ended up with some of these corporate people. They have last names, and if terrible enough, nicknames, but that doesn't mean a lot of people know them on a first name basis.
But yeah, I think any survivors would have a variety of names to call your character. xd

That is where the editing is really coming in handy. Even some secondary characters, after now knowing how the series plays out, are able to be fleshed out more.
I went, for example, from a man whose name I forgot I even gave him (as he's usually referred to by last name). He went from Joshua Collins, right hand man of the main villain, fond of tasers, to Frederick (Fred) Joshua Collins (I couldn't just leave his old name to die!), lifelong best friend of the villain because they grew up on site, fond of tasers (if he can be called that at all) because he killed someone once so he doesn't like guns or other killing weapons, gaming addict, and liker of Swedish Fish and other gummy candies.
With each review and edit, people grow into more full characters.

I am glad to stick to a slice of sci-fi. Magic can get really complex~
Maybe those could be worked into your "apocrypha" of sorts? No reason to dump them entirely, they sound interesting.
I know some of my characters' sections need to be revamped, but I don't want to ditch them entirely, because it's vaguely important to know the start of some event, before it becomes the norm.
Such as, past a certain point, after this scientist has tricked some hybrids into helping him take over, them as the leaders, him in the shadows, and they've been defeated, the public doesn't like hybrids so much, so he's able to manipulate the public and starts a program to mark the humans/hybrids visually different (in this case, a clearly visible tattoo on the hand to be required by law). This way, even if people sympathize with the hybrids, he and his shadowy company can seek them out for capture with ease, because they're all marked.
In the case of the section where this all starts, it's important to see people trying to resist the change, and how this system is unavoidable, to lay down the plot for the next set, who are already then living in a 'caste' system where they must try to avoid showing off their markings if they wish to make a living. To just say "and one day it was decided we would all be marked" is different from watching it unfold, and seeing the initial refusal from both humans and hybrids to abide by it, only to realize that the shadow company and current public stigmas are too strong to resist.

I started it when I was 14. Thus, some of the oldest work sounds 14 years old. It's not terrible, it just needs to not sound young.
Editing can be the worst, but there were also some time skips I can fill in with new chapters, which is fun~ Fleshes people out more.

Same. I ended up with at least two pairs of people with the same names, so over time, people have changed, but in having to focus on them and rename them, it's also allowed them to grow more distinct as characters. As long as it's just me editing, there's no pressure, as long as the plot skeleton I wrote out in the originals holds up well enough with my revisions.

Enough sense for me to not be too confuzzled, yes.
Even my own story gets confusing sometimes cause it's been years since I wrote a section. The first 5 (the first book) I know pretty well by heart, but by mid-second-book, it gets muddled.
Serafiella Report | 10/13/2014 11:48 am
That's a lot to digest from one paragraph, but it does sound fun. biggrin

Probably would end up as YA just cause I don't have much a need for anything that'd push it to adult fiction.
Follows the lifetime of one mad scientist across several different character viewpoints as he tries to keep his work secret, fails, his company tries to take over the world, and so on.
So you follow one girl over the course of a few months where something big happens, then 5 years later, it might be her friend, or sibling, or somebody completely random.
